Shipping & Delivery
Orders are expected to reach the majority of our customers 7-15 business days after shipping confirmation, depending on where you are in the world.
Please refer to order settle interface for shipping times for your specific area.
Tracking numbers are provided for all orders, we also keep track of your order progress and update you if there are any significant changes or delays.
Please note we are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses for orders that require a signature to
confirm delivery.
Processing Times
Our processing time is 24 - 48 hours from the time you place your order with us, to the time it is picked, packed and shipped out by our dedicated warehouse staff and partner couriers.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via our preferred couriers; DHL, USPS, Canada Post, AusPost and Startrack Express. However, to ensure you receive your shipment as quickly as possible we may arrange for other modes of transport. Tracking Numbers will always be provided with all orders.
Order Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement. Following that, you will receive another email with the tracking number associated with your parcel once it is dispatched.
You can check your order status anytime on our "Track My Order" page at the top of the website by inserting your supplied order number or tracking number into the field provided.
Please note that you have 30 days upon the dispatch of your order to contact us should you not receive it. If you contact us after this 30 day period, we cannot guarantee your refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within the first 24 hours of making a purchase provided that the item/s have not shipped. Any order which contains items that have been shipped may not be cancelled.
Refusing Shipment
If you refuse a shipment from Ridge Tools or do not take necessary steps to retrieve your shipment after we have attempted delivery at your nominated shipping address you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Ridge Tools. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
